Inktober Drawings
For the past few years I’ve really enjoyed taking part in the Jake Parker Inktober challenge. It’s a great exercise in illustration and creativity. I’ve been pushing myself to complete all 31 prompts each year, and I feel like I’ve been able to explore more narrative illustration types.
Each year I try to create a snapshot of a “halloween” world that has magical creatures, monsters, and classic halloween icons as citizens just going about their lives. Eventually I hope to include small stories to couple with each prompt too.
