Logo Design
College and various freelance commissions have led me to create several logo designs.
Initially, logo design is what I wanted to do with my career when I first enrolled in my college course work. This skill set is still in use with my in-house position as several brands go through periodic rebranding phases, as well as in-house initiatives.
Lightly Salted - Youth group logo
I was commissioned me to design a logo for a local youth group. They would use this for various group activities and even t-shirt designs going forward. They wanted an illustrative logo, and chose the iconography of salt shaker from the following scripture, that was central to their group:
13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.
Quick COnnect - Boat antenna line logo
Probably my favorite project, and the piece that I was most proud of throughout both summers of internships for Jarden Applied materials.
They were introducing a new line of antennas that focused on the connector on the antennas. This was one of my very first logo design experiences, and it applies over 3 antennas in the line.
